PAVING THE WAY FINANCIAL/HOMEOWNERSHIP EDUCATION
Paving the Way is SUMMECH’s financial homeownership education initiative, which supports our goal to provide affordable housing and to promote homeownership opportunities for present and future residents of the Mechanicsville neighborhood.  This initiative is geared towards first-time homebuyers to determine readiness for successful homeownership.  This initiative prepares and assists potential homebuyers while dispelling myths surrounding homeownership.  Attendees learn about qualifying, shopping for a home, the appraisal and home inspection, financing options and how to maintain and protect the home after it is occupied.

We provide free homebuyer education workshops covering the homebuying process from A to Z.

WORKSHOP SCHEDULES
Classes are available to 30 participants per class on a first come first served basis. “Register Now”
