HOUSING PROJECTS

THE AFFORDABLE HOUSE PROJECT
The Affordable House Project is another development under the Fill in the Gaps Initiative.  This project involves the development of eight single-family homes on scattered infill lots.  The target market will be individuals and families earning 80% of the Area Median Income or below.

Most of the lots are located within blocks of SUMMECH developments.  Each street is predominately residential with a combination of owner occupied and rental housing.

SUMMECH carefully selected two model floor plans that respond to current market trends and meet the needs of American families, while also retaining the architectural character of the Mechanicsville neighborhood.  Each house plan will be 1200-1300 square feet to ensure affordability.  Each has three bedrooms and two and full baths, kitchen and separate dining rooms. In addition, each model home will offer a front porch with off-street parking.  The homes will start at $210,000.  Call today to hear about buyer incentives that can make this home even more affordable at $167,000.
