Rosa Burney Manor  
The apartments are 1BR and 2BR apartments in six buildings along Cooper Street. They were purchased and rehabilitated in 1998.  Each apartment received substantial renovation, including new roofs, windows, doors, decorative porches and siding.  The interior repairs included new electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, kitchen appliances, carpet, vinyl and cabinets.  Each unit also includes ceiling fans and mini-blinds. 

Funding for the project totaled $2.3 million, and was provided by the City of Atlanta, Mutual Federal Savings Bank, and the Atlanta Housing Equity Fund.  Additional financial assistance was provided by the Enterprise Foundation, Fleet and Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership.
