SUMMECH Community Development Corporation (SCDC) is an approved homebuyer education provider for most of the regional down payment assistance programs which are available throughout the entire Metropolitan Atlanta area.  

Some of the down payment assistance providers are as follows:

• City of Atlanta (NSP)
• Georgia Department of Community Affairs
