Mortgage Delinquency/Foreclosure Prevention Counseling
Counseling in this area is designed to work with clients who have experienced problems in maintaining their mortgage obligations, and includes a full financial assessment of the client’s ability to cure the problems.  Various mitigation tools are reviewed, and counselors work with lenders to arrange forbearance agreements, reinstatement plans, mortgage modifications, or when necessary, pre-foreclosure sale. 

Financial Fitness
Financial Fitness is designed to improve the financial stability of participants.  Assistance include, developing a workable budget, addressing debt and credit.
